Terms & Conditions – Weekly Car Subscription Effective Date: 01-July-2025 Company Name: PRV Rentals Service: Weekly Car Subscription Plan ⸻ 1. Eligibility • Subscriber must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license. • A clean driving record may be required for approval. • KYC documents and a refundable security deposit are mandatory. ⸻ 2. Subscription Period • Each subscription cycle is for 7 days (one week). • Subscription begins on the delivery/pickup date and ends on the 7th day. • Extensions must be confirmed at least 24 hours before expiry. ⸻ 3. Usage Limits • Daily driving limit: [e.g. 100 km/day]; additional kms billed at ₹[rate]/km. • Geographical usage: Vehicles may not be taken outside [India/state/city] without written permission. • The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or ride-hailing (unless authorized). ⸻ 4. Payments & Fees • Subscription fee is payable upfront for each week. • Late return may incur a penalty fee of ₹ 500 per day. • Security deposit (₹ 3000 ) is refundable post vehicle inspection. If its applied ⸻ 5. Fuel Policy • Cars are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level. • A refueling charge applies for shortfall (₹90 /litre + service fee). ⸻ 6. Maintenance & Breakdowns • Regular servicing and maintenance are our responsibility. • In case of breakdowns, roadside assistance is included. • The customer must immediately report any issues, damages, or accidents. ⸻ 7. Damage & Liability • Minor wear and tear is acceptable. • For damages due to negligence or misuse, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit or billed directly. • In case of accidents, the customer must provide a police FIR and insurance claim assistance. ⸻ 8. Cancellation & Refunds • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the start time. • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of ₹ 500. • No refunds once the subscription starts unless due to service unavailability. ⸻ 9. Termination of Service • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service in case of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms. ⸻ 10. Legal Jurisdiction • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Gurugram, Haryana].
