Before Trip Start:     •    Cancellation 24 hours or more before pickup: Eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment gateway or convenience charges.     •    Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup: A cancellation fee may apply. Refund (if any) will be processed after deduction.

After Trip Start:     •    Once the trip has started, no refund will be issued for early returns or unused rental hours/days.

Vehicle Return Policy     •    The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location mentioned in the booking.     •    Late returns may attract additional charges as per hourly or daily rental rates.     •    The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as provided at pickup, excluding normal wear and tear.
