1. Booking Cancellation & Refunds
Before Trip Start:
• Cancellation 24 hours or more before pickup:
Eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment gateway or convenience charges.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup:
A cancellation fee may apply. Refund (if any) will be processed after deduction.After Trip Start:
• Once the trip has started, no refund will be issued for early returns or unused rental hours/days.⸻
2. Vehicle Return Policy
• The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location mentioned in the booking.
• Late returns may attract additional charges as per hourly or daily rental rates.
• The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as provided at pickup, excluding normal wear and tear.⸻
3. Refundable Security Deposit
• The security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 5–7 working days after vehicle inspection.
• Deductions may be made for:
• Traffic fines or challans
• Fuel shortage
• Vehicle damage
• Excessive cleaning requirements
• Late return penalties⸻
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
• User fails to provide valid documents at pickup
• No-show at the pickup location
• Booking cancelled after trip start
• Violation of PRV Rentals terms & conditions
• Vehicle misuse, illegal activities, or rash driving⸻
5. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.⸻
6. Vehicle Issues or Breakdown
• In case of a technical issue or breakdown from PRV Rentals’ end, we will:
• Provide a replacement vehicle (subject to availability), or
• Offer a partial or full refund, depending on trip usage and situation.⸻
7. Policy Updates
PRV Rentals reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
